    Founded

    Ray Kowalski starts Ironbuilt with one pickup truck and a framing crew of four.

    Steel division

    In-house structural steel and certified welders join the team.

    First tower

    Harbor Point, our first high-rise, tops out three weeks ahead of schedule.

    Design-build

    Architects join the firm; design-build becomes a third of revenue.
